Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what information Arrow Escape: Multiplayer ("the App," "we," "our") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
The App does not require you to create an account with a username, email address, or password. Where any data is collected, it is limited to what is needed to make single-player levels, live multiplayer races, and the coin/rewards system work correctly.
Information We Collect
1. Anonymous Player Identity
The App uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication to give your device a random, anonymous player ID. This ID is not linked to your name, email, phone number, or any other personally identifying information. It exists only so the App can:
- Save your single-player level progress and stars
- Store and update your coin balance
- Match you with another player for live 1v1 races and track race results
If you uninstall the App or reset your device's app data, this anonymous ID and the progress tied to it may not be recoverable.
2. Gameplay & Progress Data
Linked to your anonymous player ID, we store: level completion status, stars earned, coin balance, hint/undo usage, and multiplayer race outcomes (win/loss/draw). This data is stored in Firebase Realtime Database and is used solely to run the game's core features.
3. Advertising Data
The App displays ads (banner, interstitial, and rewarded video) using Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob and its partners may collect:
- Advertising ID (a resettable, non-permanent device identifier)
- General device information (device model, OS version, language, general region)
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, and completions of rewarded ads)
This data is collected and processed by Google under its own privacy policy, linked below. We do not control what Google/AdMob does with this data beyond what is described in their policy.
Third-Party Services
The App relies on the following third-party services to function:

Coins, Rewards & No Real-Money Purchases
Arrow Escape uses a virtual, in-app currency called "coins." Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, cashed out, or transferred for real money. Coins are earned only by watching rewarded ads or by winning multiplayer races (as an app-funded bonus — never taken from another player), and are spent only on in-game perks such as extra hints, undos, or lives. The App does not offer, and has never offered, any real-money in-app purchases.
Children's Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us using the details below so we can address it.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. Information is shared only with:
- Google Firebase and Google AdMob, strictly to operate the features described above
- Law enforcement or regulators, only if required by applicable law
Data Security
We use Firebase's built-in security infrastructure to protect stored data, and coin balance changes are processed using atomic transactions to prevent tampering or duplication. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
- Reset advertising ID: You can reset or limit ad tracking from your device's system settings (Settings → Google → Ads on Android).
- Delete your data: Uninstalling the App removes local data from your device. To request deletion of your anonymous player record from our Firebase database, contact us below with your in-app player ID (found in Settings) and we will delete it within a reasonable time.
- Turn off personalized ads: Where supported by your region, you can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's ad settings.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the App's features change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
